By my mid 40's poor diet and lifestyle choices had resulted in increased weight and growing health issues. Taking the decision to make changes, I addressed my diet and reduced stress levels. The results made such a difference to my own health and wellbeing, I altered my career direction to study and practice nutrition.

Both bodies promote the highest standards of education, training and qualification within their members.
